Job Description:
As a Service Advisor at Knight Claremont CDJR, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers seeking automotive maintenance or repair services.
Your role will involve assessing customer needs, scheduling service appointments, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring timely completion of work.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Following up with customers on their open work orders will be crucial to maintaining customer relationships.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and courtesy Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow to ensure efficiency Provide accurate estimates for services and communicate any additional repairs or costs to customers promptly Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work and maintain communication with customers throughout the service process Follow up with customers on open work orders to provide updates and address any concerns Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience Maintain thorough knowledge of Chrysler vehicles, service procedures, and warranty information Uphold dealership standards for customer satisfaction index (CSI) and strive to achieve excellence in customer service Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred Knowledge of Chrysler vehicles and service procedures is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to timeliness and punctuality Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships Willingness to work a Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule
