The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge of products, fees and stay current on bank offerings that will deepen a customer relationship.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with opening accounts and process transactions accurately, including but not limited to deposits, transfers, withdrawals and other transactions in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Processes all transactions within assigned limits, maintains daily cash, and ensures that cash balance does not exceed established limit.
Adheres to accurate cash balancing procedures.
Researches and resolves cash differences.
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns regarding services provided by the Bank.
Opening and Closing Savings/CD accounts.
Assist with opening/closing branch procedures as necessary.
Monthly certifications.
Review and verify daily reports assigned by branch management.
Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all bank products and services.
Participate and contribute to the branch's overall goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Skills:
High School diploma Two years in customer service experience.
Ability to manage difficult conversations to a successful outcome and positive customer experience.
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify document errors or variances and make corrections.
Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook) Teller/ Banking Experience Efficient typing and data entry skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capacity to be flexible, follow directions and work in a team environment to meet deadlines and other priority work commitments.
Adaptable to change as CCB continues to grow and transition with digital transformation.
