The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies that promote our health and wellness activities.
This role involves crafting engaging marketing materials and managing both internal and external promotional efforts.
REPORTS TO General Manager PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and deepen relationships with members, adding value to their membership and enhancing their sense of belonging and sense of community within the club.
Create agendas and facilitate weekly Marketing Team meetings.
Create and execute an annual marketing strategy, which includes social media.
Meet with the Marketing Team to assign and assist with workload and projects.
Act as a visual brand manager throughout the club.
Design banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and print materials for advertising.
Help maintain and update relevant content on the TCC website and internal digital screens.
Maintain a calendar of activities, including events, workshops, and other communication opportunities.
Work closely with the GM and Marketing Team to prepare an annual budget for internal and external marketing campaigns.
Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and local businesses.
Obtain quotes for external print jobs.
Prepare accurate records, budgets, and reports for marketing and communication campaigns.
Brainstorming potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the membership and the local community.
Create and monitor press releases, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing and communication materials, both internal, and external.
Research, write, edit, and proofread copy for advertorials, press releases, blog posts, website content, etc.
Contribute to our safe, healthy, positive, and harmonious work culture.
Adhere to all club standards, policies, and procedures.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Marketing Director and General Manager.

Strong experience preparing reports.
Ability to work closely with a variety of departments and Marketing Team.
Outstanding writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Computer (word processing) skills and Adobe programs, specifically InDesign.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
