Responsibilities:
Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner Create beautiful videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients Source, film, edit, produce video content for brokerage Drive to multiple locations for shoots Understand SEO, Google Ad's, and IG

Qualifications:
Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects Must have an active portfolio and list of past clients and work Be skilled at what you do no rookies please!
