Communications Coordinator - Binge! CreativeRole DefinitionThe Binge! Creative Communications Coordinator position is responsible for marketing, design and communications related tasks for the Binge! Creative brand, the creative agency division of ISN Global Enterprises, Inc.
As the Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Binge Creative's brand and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally through client work.
This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Role Details:
Part Time Position, 20
hours a week (More hours available dependending on qualifications and project availability)Salary:
$20 to 27/per hour dependent on experienceOn-site and remote, with the possibility of expansion of hoursPosition Reports to the President of Binge! CreativeEXAMPLES OF DUTIESWork directly with clients and management to implement programs relating to marketing and communications, community and stakeholder relations, strategic planning, and marketing.
Provide clients with observed project issues, trends, opportunities, and constraints that could impact program development and execution.
As well as recommend the best communication tactics to meet stakeholder needs and advance messaging.
Identify and resolve any issues with promotional content promptly and professionally.
Develop engaging and creative content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Write and distribute press releases to relevant media channels.
Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure a unified and informed team.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of communication efforts, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional image across all communication channels, for clients and internal projects.
Other Communications related tasks and duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a creative agency.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
